【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 24일 취약계층 아동통합서비스지원(이하 ‘드림스타트’) 사업의 2026년도 추진 방향 및 사업 관련 자문을 위한 드림스타트 운영위원회 심의회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
현직 공무원, 협력 기관장, 아동 관련 민간 전문가 등 총 9명으로 구성된 드림스타트 운영위원회는 이날 2025년 사업 추진에 대한 실적 검토와 2026년도 사업 추진에 대한 종합계획안을 확정하고, 사업에 관한 재정·행정적 지원방안 등에 관해 활발히 논의했다.
음성군에서 직접 수행하는 드림스타트 사업은 취약계층 0세(임산부)부터 만 12세(초등학생 이하) 아동과 가정에 맞춤형 통합서비스를 제공해 아동의 건강한 성장과 발달을 도모하고 공평한 출발 기회를 보장받을 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.
군 드림스타트는 올해 관내 취약계층 아동 135명을 대상으로 통합 사례 관리와 함께 신체·건강, 인지·언어, 정서·행동 세 분야에서 19개의 맞춤형 프로그램을 운영했다.
2026년에는 건강한 가족관계 형성을 함양하기 위한 ‘나와 가족의 성격유형 이해하기 부모 교육’과 같은 신규 프로그램을 포함해 총 18개의 프로그램을 진행할 예정이다.
또한 후원 물품 및 지역자원 서비스를 연계해 복합적인 욕구를 가진 가정에 지속해서 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해 나갈 계획이다.
군 관계자는 “체계적인 사례 관리와 맞춤형 프로그램 제공을 통해 아이들이 행복하고 건강한 사회 구성원으로 성장할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
이어 “아동과 가족의 복합적인 욕구를 해소할 수 있도록 지역사회 내 다양한 자원을 발굴, 네트워크를 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
