브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= HDC현대산업개발이 인천 굴포천역 도심 공공주택 복합사업의 우선협상대상자로 선정되며 올해 도시정비사업 누적 수주액 4조8012억 원을 달성했다.
HDC현대산업개발은 지난 20일 진행된 시공사 선정 투표에서 주민협의체 참석자 248명 가운데 227명(91.5%)의 찬성을 얻어 제일건설 컨소시엄과 함께 사업자로 최종 선정됐다고 26일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 인천광역시 부평구 부평동 895-2번지 일원에 지하 4층~지상 최고 49층, 14개 동, 총 3,016세대 규모의 공동주택을 조성하는 대형 도시정비 사업이다. 총사업비는 1조602억 원이며, 이 가운데 HDC현대산업개발의 지분은 60%인 6361억 원이다.
사업지는 교통 여건이 뛰어난 것이 강점이다. 반경 약 1km 내에 굴포천역(서울지하철 7호선)과 부평구청역(7호선·인천 1호선)이 위치해 있으며, 인근에는 GTX-B 노선이 계획된 부평역(1호선·인천 1호선)도 자리하고 있다.

이번 수주로 HDC현대산업개발의 올해 도시정비사업 누적 수주액은 지난해 기록한 1조3331억 원 대비 3배 이상 증가했다. 회사 측은 그간 축적한 정비사업 수행 경험과 사업 안정성에 대한 신뢰가 성과로 이어졌다고 설명했다.
