파주시는 2024년 하반기부터 주차 면수를 총 165면 규모로 확장하고, 정기적인 시설 점검과 환경 정비를 통해 공영주차장을 안정적으로 운영하고 있다.
또한 주차 차단기, CCTV, 가로 보안등 등 안전시설을 설치해 이용 편의성과 야간 안전성을 강화했다.
건설기계 임시 공영주차장의 정기 이용 기간은 6개월이며, 이용 요금은 무료다.
파주시는 2026년 2월 중 정기 이용자를 신규 모집할 예정이며, 모집 일정과 신청 자격 등 자세한 사항은 파주시청 누리집을 통해 안내할 계획이다.
