(재)파주문화재단은 지난 31일 임직원이 함께한 가운데 ‘2025 혁신성과 공유회’를 열고, 한 해 동안 추진해온 조직 운영 혁신과 주요 성과를 공유했다.

이번 공유회는 재단 출범 이후 진행해온 공연·축제·문화사업 전반의 성과를 종합 점검하고, 내년도 사업 추진 방향을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 각 부서는 한 해 동안 추진한 혁신 과제와 성과를 발표했다.
문화사업팀은 시민 수요에 맞춘 맞춤형 사업 기획과 체험 프로그램 확대를 통해 생활권 중심의 문화서비스 모델을 정착시킨 사례를 소개했다.
공연전시팀은 운정호수공원 불꽃축제와 파주포크페스티벌 등 대형 행사 운영 과정에서 협업 기반 체계를 확립하고, 시민 주도형 축제·공연 운영 모델을 구축한 성과를 발표했다.
무대운영팀은 공연장 무대기계의 정기 안전검사와 안전관리 강화, 기술업무 표준화 추진으로 안정적 공연 환경을 조성한 점을 공유했다.
행정지원팀은 월간 홍보회의 운영과 사업장별 안전관리자 지정, 자체 수선유지 활동을 통해 재단 운영의 효율성을 높이고 예산을 절감한 성과를 보고했다.
김영준 대표이사는 “이번 혁신성과 공유회는 단순한 실적 발표가 아니라 시민과 함께하는 문화행정으로 나아가기 위한 방향을 모색하는 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 시민이 체감할 수 있는 문화사업과 신뢰받는 재단 운영을 위해 지속적인 혁신을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
