김해 한림 술뫼파크골프장 18홀 추가 확장

[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 김해시도시개발공사(이하 공사)는 전국 파크골프대회 개최를 목표로 한림 술뫼파크골프장에 18홀을 추가 조성하고 이용객 편의시설을 정비하는 확장 사업을 본격 추진한다고 6일 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 기존 72홀로 운영 중인 한림 술뫼파크골프장을 전국대회가 가능한 최고 수준의 경기장으로 고도화하기 위한 것으로, 2026년 1월 착공해 같은 해 6월 준공을 목표로 추진된다.

추가 조성되는 파크골프장은 김해시 한림면 시산리 481번지 일원 부지(2,0765㎡)에 전국 파크골프대회 전용 18홀 규모로 조성되며, 코스에는 언듈레이션(지형의 기복과 굴곡)과 다양한 장애물 요소를 도입해 경기 난이도와 완성도를 동시에 갖춘 대회 특화형 코스로 설계될 예정이다.

아울러 공사는 이용객 편의성 향상을 위해 다목적광장 확장 및 정비와 벤치·파고라·파라솔 등 휴게시설 설치, 화장실 등 편의시설 확충을 병행 추진해 선수와 일반 이용객 모두 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 계획이다.

현재 한림 술뫼파크골프장은 72홀 대규모 구장과 최상급 잔디 컨디션을 바탕으로 높은 인기를 얻고 있으며, 하루 평균 800~1200명의 이용객이 방문하고 2025년에는 총 9회의 대회가 개최되는 등 활발한 운영이 이루어지고 있다.

공사 관계자는 “한림 술뫼파크골프장은 이미 전국적으로 높은 인지도를 갖춘 시설”이라며, “이번 18홀 추가 조성과 편의시설 정비를 통해 경기력·이용 편의·시설 품질을 모두 갖춘 파크골프장으로 완성해 나가겠다“고 밝혔다.
