대구시교육청은 6일부터 15일까지 관내 유치원·초등·중등 교사 75명을 대상으로 ‘회복중심생활교육’ 관련 직무연수 4개 과정을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
해당 연수는 교사의 전문성과 현장 실천 역량을 강화해, 소통과 공감, 관계 회복을 통해 학생의 행동 변화를 이끌겠다는 취지에서 마련됐다.
연수 과정은 ‘교사신뢰서클’, ‘따뜻한 격려 단단한 교실 PDC(학급긍정훈육법)’, 그리고 ‘비폭력대화 1·2단계’ 등 총 4개로 구성됐다. 각 과정은 3~4일 일정으로 최소 18시간에서 최대 24시간 동안 실습 위주로 진행된다.
‘교사신뢰서클’ 과정은 교사가 주체로서 자신의 정체성과 내면을 성찰할 수 있도록 돕는다. ‘PDC’ 과정은 친근하면서도 단호한 생활지도 기법을 배우고, 이를 실질적으로 학급 운영에 적용할 수 있게 짜여졌다.
