브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 부동산 종합 플랫폼 ‘KB부동산’에서 제공 중인 ‘LH청약전용관’에 임대주택 유형을 새롭게 추가했다고 9일 밝혔다.
‘LH청약전용관’은 2024년 12월 KB국민은행과 한국토지주택공사(LH) 간의 업무협약(MOU)을 기반으로, 민간 플랫폼 최초로 LH 분양주택 청약 정보를 제공하는 서비스다. 기존 분양주택에 이어 임대주택 유형 확대를 통해 LH 분양·임대주택 청약 정보를 한 곳에서 간편하게 확인할 수 있게 됐다.
임대주택 서비스는 분양주택 청약 서비스와 동일하게 지역별 필터 기능을 제공한다. ‘KB부동산’ 앱에서 청약정보를 확인한 후, LH 공식 청약 플랫폼인 ‘LH청약플러스’와 연동해 청약 신청부터 결과 확인까지 원스톱으로 이용할 수 있다.
‘KB부동산’의 이번 임대주택 유형 확대로, 내 집 마련을 준비하는 분양주택 수요자뿐만 아니라 임대주택을 찾는 무주택자와 청년·신혼부부 등 다양한 주택 수요층의 편의성이 크게 향상될 것으로 기대된다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “고객이 다양한 공공주택 청약 정보를 보다 쉽고 편리하게 확인할 수 있도록 서비스 범위를 넓혔다”며 “앞으로도 국민의 주거 안정과 편의성을 높일 수 있는 공공기관 연계 서비스를 지속적으로 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
