【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 노후 공동주택의 주민공동시설 개선을 통해 입주민이 더욱 쾌적한 환경에서 거주할 수 있도록 ‘2026년 공동주택 관리지원 사업’ 신청을 받는다.
이 사업은 음성군 공동주택관리 조례 및 음성군 소규모 공동주택관리에 관한 지원 조례에 따라 관내 공동주택 중 준공 후 10년이 경과한 공동주택을 대상으로 한다.
단지 내 어린이 놀이터와 경로당, 도로 보수, 담장 허물기 등 가로환경 조성 사업과 장애인 편의시설 설치나 보수, 기타 노후화된 공동이용시설 보수에 대해 보조금을 지원한다.
사업계획승인 대상 공동주택의 경우, 2천만원 이하 사업은 전액을 지원하며, 2천만원 초과 1억원 이하 사업은 총사업비의 50%(최저 2천만원)를, 1억원 초과 사업은 총사업비의 30%(최저 5천만원)를 지원한다.
건축허가 대상 공동주택은 보조금 총사업비의 80%까지 보조하되 2천만 원을 초과할 수 없다. 다만, 사업비 총액이 500만원 이하인 경우는 사업비 전액을 지원할 수 있다.
기 보조금 지원을 받은 공동주택 단지의 경우 5년 이내에 다시 보조금 지원을 신청할 수 없다.
