[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 경남 고성군 열린민원과가 2025년 중앙·도·군 단위 각종 평가에서 총 19건의 표창을 수상하며 민원행정 역량을 대외적으로 인정받았다.
이번 성과는 민원서비스 개선을 비롯해 지적 행정, 제도개선 등 민원 업무 전반에서 고르게 우수한 실적을 거둔 결과다.
군은 이번 수상이 민원행정에 대한 신뢰를 높이는 계기가 됐다고 설명했다.
특히 행정안전부 주관 ‘국민행복민원실 우수기관 재인증’을 획득하며 6년 연속 우수기관 지위를 이어가 고성군 민원서비스가 다시 한 번 공식적으로 인정받았다.
또 국토교통부 주관 ‘지적재조사 업무 기관 표창’과 ‘주소정책 관련 업무평가’ 우수기관 선정으로 지적재조사 및 주소정책 사업에 대한 신뢰를 쌓아온 노력이 성과로 이어졌다.
이와 함께 경남도 주관 평가에서도 ‘토지행정 세미나 우수시책 발굴’ 우수상, ‘민원제도 및 서비스 우수사례’ 장려상을 수상하는 등 실효성 있는 제도개선 성과를 높이 평가받았다.
박경희 열린민원과장은 “이번 2025년 수상 실적은 군민의 목소리를 행정의 출발점으로 삼아온 노력의 결과”라며 “앞으로도 군민이 체감할 수 있는 민원행정을 제공할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
