포천시농업재단은 13일, 체험 농가의 농외소득 창출과 지역 경제 활성화를 위해 ‘2026년 농촌융복합 교류 체험 지원 사업’을 본격적으로 추진한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 단순한 체험 제공을 넘어 포천이 보유한 자연과 문화, 농업 자원을 결합한 고품격 콘텐츠를 발굴하고 이를 체계적으로 지원하는 데 중점을 뒀다. 특히 주목할 점은 기존에 농가가 개별적으로 진행하던 모집 방식을 탈피해, 농촌 체험 전문 기관인 엔에이치(NH)농협여행과 협력한다는 점이다. 이를 통해 보다 안정적인 참여자 모집이 가능해지고, 농협중앙회의 지원으로 체험객의 비용 부담까지 낮춰 참여율을 극대화할 방침이다.
주요 콘텐츠로는 2024년 유네스코 인류무형유산으로 등재된 ‘한국의 장 담그기’ 문화를 기반으로 한 전통 식문화 체험이 확대 운영된다. 또한, 계절별 수확 품목에 맞춘 농축산물 및 낙농 체험 프로그램을 상시 모집 체계로 운영해 포천 농산물의 우수성을 널리 알릴 계획이다.
