대소 삼정지구 도시개발사업은 음성군 대소면 삼정리 산 35-1번지 일원 18만7627㎡(5만6천평) 부지에 공동주택과 준주거시설, 단독주택, 주차장, 공원 등 기반 시설을 조성해 대소면 지역의 새로운 주거중심지를 구축하는 사업이다.
