브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회는 지난 7일 렛츠런파크 서울에서 ‘2025년 체험형 청년 인턴 수료식’을 개최하고, 지난 6개월 간 현업에서 실무 경험을 쌓은 청년 인턴들의 새로운 출발을 응원했다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 수료식은 지난해 7월 블라인드 채용을 통해 높은 경쟁률을 뚫고 선발된 41명의 청년인턴들이 인턴십 과정을 성공적으로 마친 것을 기념하기 위해 마련됐다.
인턴들은 지난 근무 기간 동안 △사무·기술 보조 △말산업 전문 △불법단속(장애인 적합 직무) 등 각자 선발된 분야에 배치돼 실무 역량을 강화했다. 이들은 자료 조사와 행정 지원은 물론, 승마대회 및 말산업 행사 운영, 온라인 불법경마 모니터링 등 기관의 실제 업무를 수행하며 조직 적응력을 높였다.
특히, 한국마사회는 인턴 기간 동안 ‘신입사원 취업역량 멘토링’, ‘외국어, 한국사 등 상시 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 수강’ 등 내실 있는 교육 프로그램을 운영했다. 또한, ‘All-day 취업캠프’ 등을 통해 자기소개서 첨삭, NCS 모의시험, 현직자 모의면접 기회를 제공해 인턴들의 취업 역량 강화를 위해 적극 지원했다.
이날 행사에는 추완호 경영관리본부장을 비롯한 임직원들이 참석해 수료증을 수여하고 그간의 노고를 격려했다. 근무 태도가 성실하고 업무 성과가 탁월했던 ‘우수 인턴’에게는 표창이 수여됐으며, 이들에게는 향후 한국마사회 신입사원 채용 지원 시 서류전형 가점 등 우대 혜택이 주어질 예정이다.
한국마사회 추완호 경영관리본부장은 “지난 6개월 동안 마사회의 일원으로서 보여준 청년 인턴들의 열정과 노력에 깊이 감사드린다”며 “우리 기관에서의 실무 경험과 선배들과의 소통이 향후 사회에 나아가 훌륭한 인재로 성장하는 데 든든한 밑거름이 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
