(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천대학교 평생교육원 K-컬처센터가 19일, 급증하는 무대예술 현장의 인력수요에 대응하기 위해, 국내 최고의 강사진과 함께 즉각 현장에 투입가능한 인력양성을 목표로 하는‘무대예술 전문인력 양성과정’ 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
K-컬처센터에 따르면, 이번 과정은 공연기획·무대미술·무대조명·무대음향·하우스매니지먼트 총 5개 분야로 구성되며, 공통과정에는 극단 ‘동’의 강량원 상임연출이 참여한다.
공연기획 분야에는 국립극단 김정연 공연기획팀 PD와 유니버설발레단 김양현 공연사업팀장이 강의를 맡는다.
무대미술 분야에는 국립인천대학교 임일진 공연예술학과 교수와 前 국립오페라단 김현정 미술감독이 참여한다.
무대조명 분야에는 국립정동극장 임성우 부장과 前 두산아트센터 이동진 조명감독이 강사진으로 나선다.
무대음향 분야에는 서울예술대학교 안창용 공연학부 초빙교수, 무대음향협회 정주현 기술위원장, 세종문화회관 이효원 음향감독이 참여한다.
하우스매니지먼트 분야에는 前 한국장애인문화예술원 모두예술극장 박하얀 총괄 하우스매니저와 클래식부산 정예지 하우스매니저가 함께한다.

1·2학기로 운영하는 1년제 과정으로, 일회성 단기교육이 아닌 단계적 학습 구조를 통해 무대예술 분야를 체계적으로 이해할 수 있도록 설계된 것이 특징이다.
또 인천 지역 내외의 공연장 기반 기관 및 축제위원회 등과의 업무협약을 통해, 인턴십 및 현장 활동, 네트워크 프로그램 등을 제공할 예정이다.
