【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 행정안전부 주관 ‘2025년 지방규제혁신 성과평가’에서 지방규제혁신 우수기관으로 선정, 특별교부세 24년 2억 원, 25년 1억 원, 총 3억 원을 확보했다고 19일 밝혔다.
행정안전부는 매년 전국 243개 지자체를 대상으로 지방규제혁신 기여도, 중앙규제, 그림자·행태규제 발굴·개선 실적 등을 평가해 우수 지자체를 선정하고 있다.
이번 수상으로 군은 2년 연속 지방규제혁신 우수기관으로 선정되며 규제혁신 우수기관임을 입증했다.
군은 군민이 체감하는 민생규제혁신을 위해 군민생활과 소상공인·기업활동에 불편을 주는 규제를 찾아 개선하는 데 집중했다.
특히, 찾아가는 규제개혁 신고센터 운영, 규제개혁 아이디어 공모전을 실시해 현장의 목소리를 직접 듣고, 발굴한 건의사항은 자치법규 개정과 중앙에 법령 개정을 건의했다.
규제입증책임제로는 군 장애인복지관 이용대상 확대, 청소년시설 이용신청 완화, 모범업소와 착한업소 수도요금 감면 등 군민이 실질적으로 느낄 수 있도록 개선해 규제 개선의 체감도를 높였다.
