[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 남해군이 경기 침체와 고물가로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인의 경영 안정을 도모하고 군민이 일상에서 체감할 수 있는 민생경제 회복을 위해 ‘2026년도 소상공인 및 지역경제 지원시책’을 본격 추진한다고 20일 밝혔다.
이번 지원시책은 △소상공인 경쟁력 강화 △소상공인 고정비 부담 완화 △골목상권 및 전통시장 활성화 △지역 기업 성장 지원 △군민 소비 촉진을 핵심 목표로 현장의 목소리를 반영한 실효성 있는 정책 중심으로 추진된다.
먼저, 소상공인 정책자금 이자 지원 사업을 통해 대출 이자의 일부를 지원함으로써 금융 부담을 덜어주고 안정적인 사업 운영을 뒷받침할 계획이다.
또한 2025년 하반기 시행해 현장의 호응을 얻은 소상공인 임대료 지원사업을 2026년에도 지속 추진해, 소상공인의 가장 큰 고정비 부담인 임대료를 경감하고 이를 매출 회복과 경영 안정으로 연결시켜 나갈 방침이다.
이와 함께 소상공인경영환경 개선사업, 경영·마케팅 컨설팅, 디지털 전환 지원을 통해 소상공인의 경쟁력을 높이고 골목형상점가 지정을 확대해 온누리상품권 사용이 가능한 상권을 늘려 지역 내 소비를 촉진할 계획이다.
아울러 1분기 중 지급 예정인 농어촌기본소득과 연계해 이를 폭넓게 사용될 수 있도록 착 카드 가맹점 등록을 적극 확대하고 공공배달앱 활성화를 통해 배달 수수료와 배달비 부담을 동시에 경감하는 등 군민과 소상공인이 함께 체감할 수 있는 정책을 추진한다.
전통시장 활성화를 위해서는 주차장 환경 개선과 노후 화장실 리모델링을 추진해, 군민과 관광객 모두가 편리하고 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있는 기반을 조성할 예정이다.
특히 남해군은 소상공인 지원을 넘어 지역 기업의 중장기 성장 기반 마련을 위해 투자 중심의 지원 정책을 강화한다.
이를 위해 소상공인을 대상으로 한 라이콘 펀드와 경남 미래성장 벤처펀드에 대한 출자를 통해, 군내 로컬기업은 물론 도내 유망 벤처기업에 대한 직접 투자로 이어질 수 있도록 할 계획이다.
이를 통해 성장 잠재력이 높은 기업의 스케일업 확장과 추가 투자 유치를 도모하고 단순한 보조금 지원을 넘어 실질적인 성장 기회를 제공하는 투자 생태계를 조성할 게획이다.
