(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 21일, 2026년 행정체제 개편 추진에 따라, 서구 교육혁신지구 사업의 일환으로 추진 중인 마을학교를 ‘서구 마을학교’와 ‘검단구 마을학교’로 구분해 운영한다고 밝혔다.
서구에 따르면, ‘서구 교육혁신지구 마을학교’는 2019년부터 운영돼 온 사업으로, 민·관·학 협력을 바탕으로 지역 특성을 살린 마을교육공동체를 조성하고 초·중학생을 대상으로 학교 밖 교육활동을 지원해 왔다.
