파주시는 「파주시 녹색건축물 조성 지원 조례」에 따라 건축부문 온실가스 배출량을 줄이고 민간 분야의 친환경 새 단장인 그린 리모델링을 확산하기 위해 ‘2026년 주택 패시브 리모델링 지원 사업’ 대상자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 노후 주택의 창호 교체와 건물 내외부 단열 등 에너지 성능을 개선하는 공사를 지원해 난방비 부담을 완화하고, 보다 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하는 데 목적이 있다.
지원 대상은 「건축법」에 따른 사용승인을 받은 지 10년 이상 지난 주택으로, 단독주택과 다가구주택 등 단독주택 유형과 다세대주택 및 연립주택 등 공동주택이 모두 포함된다.
신청은 건축물 등기사항증명서상 주택 소유자가 할 수 있으며, 공유지분 주택의 경우 대표 소유자가 지분 소유자 전원 100퍼센트의 서면 동의서를 제출해야 한다.
지원 대상 공사는 에너지 성능 개선을 위한 수선 공사로, 고성능 창호와 문 교체 또는 건물 내외부 벽, 천장, 바닥의 단열 보강 공사 가운데 최소 1개 이상의 공사를 반드시 진행해야 하며 이와 함께 고효율 조명이나 보일러 교체, 차열 도료 시공 등 선택 공사와 철거 및 폐기물 처리 등 부대공사도 해당될 경우 지원 범위에 포함된다.
