[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산시가 지역 내 신중년 및 장년층 미취업자의 일자리 창출을 촉진하고 기업의 인력난을 해소하기 위해 ‘2026년 양산형 신중년 고용지원’사업을 본격 추진한다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 크게 두 가지 트랙으로 ‘양산형 신중년고용지원금 지원사업’과 ‘장년 고용기업 사회보험료 지원사업’으로 추진한다.
‘양산형 신중년고용지원금 지원사업’은 40세 이상 64세 이하 신중년 미취업자를 정규직으로 신규 채용한 기업이 6개월간 고용을 유지할 경우, 해당 기업에 근로자 1인당 200만원의 고용지원금을 지급한다.
기업당 최대 5명까지 신청이 가능하며, 최대 1,000만원의 지원금을 받을 수 있다.
‘장년 고용기업 사회보험료 지원사업’은 장년층 채용 기업의 고정비 부담을 덜어주기 위해 마련됐다.
50세 이상 장년 미취업자를 정규직으로 신규 채용 후, 3개월 이상 고용을 유지할 경우, 1년간 4대 사회보험료 사업주 부담분을 지원한다.
지원 금액은 분기별 최대 50만 원, 1인당 연간 최대 200만원 한도 내에서 지급된다.
두 사업 모두 양산시에 본사 또는 주공장을 둔 상시근로자 5인 이상의 제조업 관련 중소·중견기업을 대상으로 하며, 근로자는 채용일 기준 양산시에 주민등록이 되어 있어야 한다.
