파주시가 한국공인중개사협회 파주시지회와 함께 투명한 부동산 시장 조성과 전세사기 예방을 위한 협력 방안을 논의했다.
파주시는 지난 20일 한국공인중개사협회 파주시지회와 간담회를 열고 건전한 부동산 거래 질서 확립을 위한 중개업 현장의 목소리를 청취하는 시간을 가졌다고 밝혔다.
이날 간담회에는 김경일 파주시장을 비롯해 최기명 한국공인중개사협회 파주시지회장 및 임원진 등이 참석했다.

이들은 안전한 부동산 거래 환경 조성 방안, 부동산 경기 침체에 따른 중개업 현장의 애로사항, 전세사기 예방 대책 등에 대해 폭넓은 의견을 나눴다.
특히 파주시는 전세사기 예방과 주거 취약계층 보호를 위한 '안전전세 정책' 추진 현황을 공유하며, 협회와의 긴밀한 협력을 바탕으로 현장 중심의 피해 예방 활동을 더욱 강화하겠다는 방침을 밝혔다.
김경일 파주시장은 "시민의 소중한 재산권 보호와 직결되는 중요한 역할을 수행함과 동시에, 연말 연탄 나눔과 불우이웃 돕기 등 지역사회 취약계층을 위한 나눔 활동을 실천하고 있는 공인중개사협회 파주시지회에 깊이 감사드린다"고 말했다.
