산청군, 약초생산기반조성사업 추진

[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 산청군은 한방약초산업의 초석이 되는 약초 생산의 기반을 다지기 위한 약초생산기반조성사업을 추진한다고 27일 밝혔다.

약초생산기반조성사업은 ‘한방약초 안정생산 지원’과 ‘전략약초 특화단지 조성’ 등을 추진한다. 

‘한방약초 안정생산 지원사업’은 전략약초 3개 품목(도라지, 생강, 홍화)을 제외한 약용작물 재배 필요한 종자(종근, 모종)와 피복용 농자재 등을 지원한다.

‘전략약초 특화단지 조성사업’은 전략약초 3개 품목(도라지, 생강, 홍화)을 산청군 전략약초로 육성을 위해 마련됐으며, 지원은 한방약초 사업과 동일하다.

신청자격은 산청군 내에 주소지를 두고 실제 영농에 종사하는 농업인으로 한방약초안정생산지원사업 보조 50%, 자부담 50%, 전략약초특화단지조성사업 보조 60%, 자부담 40%다.

신청은 2월 11일까지 주소지 읍면 사무소에 사업별 신청서와 농업경영체등록확인서, 기타 증빙서류 등을 제출하면 된다. 

이승화 산청군수는는 “한방항노화산업의 기본이 되는 약초 생산 기반을 조성하고 재배농가의 안정적 생산을 지원하기 위해 사업을 추진하고 있다”며 “한방약초의 고장인 산청군에서 좋은 약초들이 생산 재배될 수 있도록 약초재배 농가의 관심과 많은 참여 바란다”고 말했다.
