고양소방서, 겨울철 수난사고 대비 특별구조훈련 실시

고양소방서가 겨울철 수난사고에 대비한 특별구조훈련을 실시했다.

고양소방서는 지난 26일부터 28일까지 3일간 광탄면 마장호수에서 겨울철 수난사고 대비 특별구조훈련을 진행했다고 28일 밝혔다.

이번 훈련은 겨울철 수난사고 발생 시 신속하고 안전한 인명구조 활동을 펼치고, 각종 위험 상황에 대응할 수 있는 구조대원의 전문역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

훈련은 잠수수색훈련과 빙상구조훈련을 중심으로 진행됐다. 얼음이 결빙된 수면과 저수온 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 수난사고를 가정해 실제 상황과 유사하게 훈련이 이뤄졌다.

구조대원들은 얼음물에 빠진 요구조자를 대상으로 수중 수색과 빙상 접근, 인양 절차를 반복 숙달했다. 또한 구조 장비 운용과 현장 안전관리 절차를 점검하며 현장 대응능력을 강화하는 시간을 가졌다.

박기완 서장은 "겨울철 수난사고는 저체온증 위험이 크고, 결빙된 수면으로 구조 활동에도 각별한 주의가 필요한 시기"라며 "지속적인 실전형 훈련으로 수난사고에 철저히 대비해 시민의 안전을 지키는 데 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
