먼저 올해 더욱 확대되는 ‘생활밀착형 청년공간 네스트’ 사업은 청년들이 일상에서 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 민간 공간을 발굴해 지역 청년들에게 둥지(nest)처럼 편안한 공간과 다양한 프로그램으로 쉼을 제공하는 사업이다.
모집대상은 관내 사업장을 둔 민간 공간 운영자(카페, 공방, 작업실 등)로 청년(19~39세) 대상 공간을 제공하거나 프로그램(원데이클래스)을 운영할 계획이 있는 사업자다.
모집규모는 9개소이며 심사를 통해 선정된 사업자는 협약 체결을 통해 최대 200만원의 사업비로 청년에게 공간 이용료(1인 1일 5,000원 한도)를 지원하거나 캘리그라피, 공방, 예술, 운동 등 원데이클래스 형식의 프로그램을 기획·제공하게 된다.
아울러 시는 청년들의 주체성을 살리고 소통과 참여를 확대하기 위해 청년 커뮤니티 활동을 지원하는 ‘청년활동지원’사업 참여자를 모집한다.
신청자격은 군포시에 생활권(거주, 직장, 학교 등)을 두고 구체적인 활동계획을 가진 3인 이상의 청년(19~39세) 동아리 또는 소모임이며 심사를 거쳐 선정된 팀에는 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 지원금이 최대 150만원까지 지원된다.
