모바일 헬스케어는 모바일 앱(APP)과 스마트밴드(활동량계)를 활용해 24주간 건강관리를 돕는 프로그램이다.
보건소 전담인력(간호사, 운동전문가, 영양사 등)이 참여자의 건강 상태와 생활 패턴을 바탕으로 맞춤형 건강관리 서비스를 제공한다.
