[브레이크뉴스 양주=김태영 기자] 경기도 양주시에서 행정사업을 하고 있는 김완영 행정사(전, 대한행정사회 사무총장)는 (사)환경인포럼 정기총회에서 부회장 겸 등기이사로 지난달 29일 선임됐다.
(사)환경인포럼은 기후에너지환경부(약칭 : 기후부)에서 승인된 유일한 사단법인으로 환경과 인간관계는 상호 밀접하게 작용해 서로 영향을 주고받는 쌍방향적 관계로 '인간환경의 영향, 환경이 인간에 미치는 영향, 환경과 사회적, 정치적인 관계'를 함께 연구하고 실행하는 포럼이다.
이날 선임된 김완영 부회장은 "생활폐기물 직 매립금지에 따른 지자체의 어려움을 함께 연구해 대안을 제시하고, 기후부로 변경됨에 따른 환경인식을 더 고취시키고자 '환경인 선발제도'를 도입, 생활속에서 국민들의 기초적인 환경교육을 위한 평생교육원 설립, 내부조직과 전국조직망을 재구성, 환경과 사람의 정책대안과 감시를 위한 인터넷신문 창간 등에 최선을 다하겠다"라고 밝혔다.
이 사단법인 환경인포럼의 심재곤 회장은 환경부 기획관리실장 출신으로 1994년 12월 전국쓰레기 버리기 대소동이 벌어지고, 그 이듬해 1월 1일자로 "쓰레기수수료총량제" 전국 시행을 만든 산증인이다.
심 회장은 "이제 쓰레기 종량제는 정착이 됐다. 올해 2026년부터는 폐기물 직 매립이 금지되고 소각을 통해야만 매립이 가능하므로, 소각장 입지선정과 주민 설득에 대한 정책용역의 일을 해 나가겠다"라고 소신을 말했다.
