교육연수원에 따르면, 이번 연수는 예비 교사들이 초등교사로서의 기초 소양과 전문성을 함양하고, 실무 능력을 길러 인천교육정책에 대한 이해와 현장 적응력을 높이는 데 목적을 두었다.
