브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회는 지난 달 27일부터 29일까지 서울 양재 aT센터에서 열린 ‘2026년 공공기관 채용정보박람회’에 참여, 구직자들을 위한 다채로운 채용 지원 프로그램을 성황리에 마쳤다고 2일 밝혔다.
박람회 첫날인 27일에는 박람회 개막식과 함께 한국조세재정연구원이 주최한 ‘2025년 공공기관 입사수기 공모전’의 시상식이 진행됐다. 한국마사회는 남예인 사원(청년인턴 부문 우수상)과 김지민 사원(지역인재 부문 장려상)이 수상의 영예를 안으며 2년 연속 입상이라는 쾌거를 달성했다.
이날 우수상을 받은 남예인 사원은 박람회를 찾은 취업준비생들을 대상으로 ‘취업성공이야기’ 강연을 진행했다. 남예인 사원은 청년인턴 경험을 통해 얻은 실무 역량과 자신감을 바탕으로 한국마사회에 입사하기까지 본인만의 솔직한 이야기를 전했다.
또한, 3일간 운영된 한국마사회 부스에는 약 650명의 청년 구직자가 방문해 열기를 더했다. 특히, 지난해 입사한 신입사원들이 직접 상담사로 나서 채용 절차와 직무별 주요 업무는 물론, 생생한 합격 노하우를 공유하며 밀착 상담을 진행했다. 장애인 채용 상담 부스 역시 별도로 운영했다.
한국마사회 추완호 경영관리본부장은 “우리 기관에서 해마다 참가하는 공공기관 채용정보박람회지만 올해는 그 어느 때보다도 취업을 준비하는 분들의 관심이 많았던 해였다”며 “추운 날씨에도 불구하고 직접 현장을 찾은 청년 구직자들의 관심과 성원에 감사드리며 앞으로도 한국마사회는 우수한 인재 채용을 위해 다방면으로 노력할 예정이다”고 말했다.
