【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구청이 주민이 원하는 장소와 주제로 학습할 수 있도록 지원하는 2026년 ‘찾아가는 평생학습 Run To You’ 학습팀을 2일부터 19일까지 모집한다.
북구청에 따르면 ‘Run To You’는 북구 주민 7명 이상이 모여 학습팀을 구성하면, 구청에서 전문 강사를 연결하고 강사료 전액을 지원하는 주민 주도형 평생학습 사업이다. 주민들이 직접 강좌 주제와 운영 방식을 제안하면 행정이 이를 뒷받침하는 방식이다.
신청 대상은 북구에 거주하는 주민으로, 인문교양, 문화예술, 자기계발, 자격증 취득 등 다양한 분야의 강좌를 제안할 수 있다.
올해는 특히 AI 활용, 데이터 이해 등 디지털 리터러시 관련 강좌 신청 시 가점을 부여해 주민들의 디지털 역량 강화를 유도할 계획이다.
접수는 북구 평생학습센터 누리집을 통한 온라인 또는 방문 방식으로 진행된다. 신청이 접수된 학습팀에 대해서는 구청이 강사 매칭과 일정 조정을 거쳐 최종 운영 여부를 확정한다. 강의는 주민센터, 작은도서관, 경로당 등 생활권 내 공간에서 이뤄진다.
‘Run To You’ 사업은 연 3회(2월, 5월, 8월) 모집해 운영되며, 이번 2월 접수가 올해 1차 모집이다. 북구청은 학습 종료 후 만족도 조사와 성과 평가를 통해 사업의 질을 관리하고, 결과는 향후 지원 정책의 근거로 삼을 방침이다.
지난해에는 총 40개 강좌가 운영돼 544명의 주민이 참여했다. 수강생 만족도는 91.9%, 강사 만족도는 93.7%로 높은 호응을 얻었다. 북구청은 이 같은 성과를 바탕으로 올해 주민 참여형 평생학습 모델을 더욱 확대할 계획이다.
