[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 함양군이 귀농·귀촌인에게 월 1만원의 임대료로 주택을 제공하는 ‘환대하우스 조성사업’을 추진한다.
이에 따라 4일부터 귀농귀촌인 유치를 위한 ‘만원 임대주택’ 입주자를 모집한다.
‘환대하우스 조성사업’은 도시민의 안정적인 정착을 지원하기 위해 2025년부터 추진 중인 사업으로, 함양군 내 빈집을 리모델링해 예비 귀농·귀촌인에게 월 1만 원의 저렴한 임대료로 주택을 제공하는 것이 핵심이다.
해당 사업은 함양군 전 읍면의 빈집 가운데 군에 무상 임대한 주택을 대상으로 지방소멸대응기금을 활용해 리모델링을 진행한 뒤 입주자를 모집하는 방식으로 운영된다. 임대 기간은 2년이며, 계약 연장이 가능하다.
이번 첫 입주자 모집은 안의면 하원리 소재 주택을 대상으로 진행되며, 이후 함양읍, 마천면, 휴천면, 지곡면, 안의면 순으로 추가 공급될 예정이다.
또한 서하면과 서상면도 공사를 조속히 추진해 입주자 모집에 나설 계획이다.
함양군 인구정책과장은 “여유와 힐링을 즐길 수 있는 함양군에서 도시민들이 안정적으로 정착하며 제2의 삶을 설계할 수 있도록 부담 없는 임대주택을 마련했다”며 “귀농·귀촌을 희망하는 분들의 많은 관심을 바란다”고 말했다.
