이번 무료 운영은 설 연휴 기간인 2월 14일부터 18일까지 5일간 진행된다.
이번 무료 운영은 명절 기간 귀성객과 관광객의 방문 편의를 제고하고 농다리 방문객 증가세를 지속적으로 이어가기 위해 마련됐다.
현재 농다리 주차장 주차 요금은 버스는 8천원, 그 외 차량은 4천원이며, 사용 본거지가 진천군 관내인 차량의 경우 평일 무료, 주말과 공휴일에는 50% 감면 혜택이 적용되고 있다.
강선미 군 문화관광과장은 “진천 농다리는 관광 인프라 확충을 통해 머무르며 즐길 수 있는 공간으로 점차 변화하고 있다”며 “설 명절을 맞아 소중한 분들과 함께 농다리를 찾아 여유롭고 따뜻한 명절의 추억을 만드시길 바란다”고 말했다.
