세종시가 9일 시청에서 농협은행, 세종신용보증재단과 ‘세종 가치 금융’ 소상공인 금융지원 업무협약을 체결했다.
이날 협약은 시책에 참여 중인 소상공인을 대상으로 금융 우대 지원을 하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 농협은행은 12억 원을 특별출연하고, 세종신용보증재단은 총 180억 원 규모의 협약보증을 시행하기로 했다.
세종 가치 금융은 최대 2억 원의 보증한도로 2년이나 3년동안 1.75∼2% 수준의 이차보전을 지원한다.
지원 대상은 시에 주소를 두고 있으면서 ▲세종시장 포상 수여 기업 ▲노란우산공제 가입 업체 ▲소상공인 고용보험 가입 업체 ▲착한가격업소 ▲뿌리깊은가게 ▲백년가게·백년소공인으로 등록된 소기업이나 소상공인이다.
신청은 자금 소진 시까지 선착순 접수하며, 세종신용보증재단 앱 ‘보증드림’이나 재단 방문을 통해 가능하다.
최민호 시장은 “이번 금융지원이, 어려운 여건 속에서도 시책에 동참한 소상공인에게 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 소상공인 경영 안정을 위해 관계기관과 협력을 지속하겠다”고 말했다.
