[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 제5기 지역사회보장계획의 2025년 연차별 시행계획 시행결과를 평가해 3개 우수사업을 선정했다고 9일 밝혔다.
우수사업은 △김해시 지역사회 통합돌봄 사업 강화 △아동·청소년 정신건강 증진 △전문기관 운영을 통한 노인일자리 연계 사업이다.
이들 사업은 지역 복지환경 변화와 주민의 다양한 욕구와 주민 삶의 질 제고를 위한 정책적 노력이 반영됐다.
시는 세부사업별 시행결과 보고서 취합 후 평가분석 TF팀 회의를 통해 총 12개 사업을 1차 선정한 데 이어 지역주민 대상 설문조사로 1~3위 우수사업을 확정했다.
TF팀은 지역사회보장협의체 위원과 공무원, 복지전문가로 구성돼 시행결과의 적정성, 민·관 협력 노력 등을 중심으로 1차 심사했다.
2차는 오는 30일까지 온·오프라인 설문조사를 병행해 총 333명의 시민 참여로 평가의 공정성과 객관성을 높였다.
1위는 김해시 지역사회 통합돌봄 사업 강화, 2위는 아동·청소년 정신건강 증진, 3위는 전문기관 운영을 통한 노인일자리 연계 사업이 선정됐다.
시민들의 주요 선정 사유로 대상자에게 실질적이고 체감도 높은 복지서비스 제공, 아동·청소년 정신건강 문제에 대한 예방 중심 대응과 체계적 관리, 노인일자리 제공을 통한 사회 참여 기회 확대, 노년기 우울감 해소와 사회적 고립 예방 등을 꼽았다.
시 관계자는 "지역사회보장계획은 주민의 삶을 중심에 둔 지역 맞춤형 사회보장 로드맵이라 할 수 있다. 지속적인 모니터링으로 우리 시 특성에 적합하고 시민들이 체감할 수 있는 지역사회보장계획을 추진해 나가겠다"고 말했다.

Gimhae City Ranks First in 2025 Community Security Plan Outstanding Projects
Gimhae City announced on the 9th that it has selected three outstanding projects based on an evaluation of the 2025 annual implementation plans for the 5th Community Security Plan.

The top priority went to strengthening Gimhae City's integrated community care program, second to promoting mental health in children and adolescents, and third to linking senior citizen employment through specialized agencies.
Citizens cited the following as key reasons for their selection: providing practical and tangible welfare services to eligible recipients; addressing and systematically managing mental health issues in children and adolescents; expanding social participation opportunities through job opportunities for seniors; and alleviating depression and preventing social isolation in older adults.
A city official stated, "The community security plan can be considered a customized social security roadmap centered on the lives of residents. Through continuous monitoring, we will implement a community security plan that is tailored to the characteristics of our city and tangible to our citizens."
