대전교통공사가 설 명절을 맞아 귀성객과 시민들의 안전하고 편리한 이동을 책임지기 위해 오는 14일부터 18일까지 5일간 ‘설 연휴 고객 안전수송 종합대책’을 시행한다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 대책은 연휴 기간 발생할 수 있는 돌발 상황에 대한 즉각적인 대응력을 높이고, 대중교통 이용 편의를 극대화하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
공사는 우선 연휴 내내 종합관제실을 중심으로 ‘종합상황실’을 가동하며 24시간 비상근무 체계를 유지하고, 특히 열차 운행 중 발생할 수 있는 사고나 장애에 대비해 ‘5분 이내 초동 조치, 10분 이내 복구 지원’이라는 목표를 설정하고 실시간 기상 및 재난 상황 점검을 강화할 방침이다.
열차의 안정적인 운행을 위해 승무 관리도 한층 강화된다.
연휴 기간 열차 운행률 100% 유지를 목표로 심야와 새벽 등 취약 시간대 기관사 점검을 수시로 실시하며, 예기치 못한 선로 장애에 대비한 비상 대기 인력을 배치해 운영 공백을 원천 차단한다.
