이날 장보기 행사에는 금왕읍이장협의회, 금왕읍새마을지도자·부녀회협의회, 금왕읍주민자치회 및 군청 공무원 등 80여 명이 참여해 시장에서 물건을 사고 상인들을 격려했다.
