[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산시는 오는 23일부터 3월 9일까지 2026년 창업기업 신규고용 인력 보조금 지원 사업을 접수한다고 밝혔다.
본 사업은 총 사업비 1800만원 규모로, 도비 540만원과 시비 1260만원으로 편성되었으며 이를 통해 총 6명의 신규고용 인력을 지원할 계획이다.
지원 대상 기업은 본점 또는 연구소가 양산시에 소재한 창업 7년 이내의 중소·벤처기업이며 지원 가능 업종은 제조업, 제조업 관련 지식기반 서비스업, 정보통신업이다.
공고일 기준 3년 내 최소 5000만원 이상의 투자(부가가치세 제외) 및 해당 투자 완료일 이후 공고일 이전 신규로 고용된 인원 중 당해연도 사업기간(선정 후 6개월) 동안 고용유지한 인력에 대해 1인 최대 300만원까지 지원하며, 기업당 최대 3명까지 지원이 가능하다.
양산시 관계자는 “작년 4개사 6명 지원을 통해 창업기업의 고용 안정을 도모하였고 올해에도 본 사업을 지속 추진해 창업기업의 고용 여건 개선과 지속 가능한 성장을 적극 지원할 계획이다”고 밝혔다.

SMEs and venture companies established within the past seven years will receive up to 3 million won per employee.
Yangsan City announced that it will accept applications for the 2026 Startup New Hire Subsidy Program from September 23rd to March 9th.
This program, with a total budget of 18 million won, consists of 5.4 million won from the provincial government and 12.6 million won from the city. It aims to support a total of six new hires.
Eligible companies are SMEs and venture companies established within the past seven years and whose headquarters or research center is located in Yangsan City. Eligible industries include manufacturing, manufacturing-related knowledge-based services, and information and communications technology.
Applicants who invest at least KRW 50 million (excluding VAT) within three years of the announcement date and who are newly hired after the completion of the investment and before the announcement date, and who maintain employment for the entire project period (six months after selection), will receive up to KRW 3 million per person.
