[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 함안군은 10일, 군청 회의실에서 ‘함안 아라가야 고도지정 신청서 보완을 위한 보고회’를 개최하고 고도 지정을 위한 막바지 점검에 나섰다.
이번 보고회는 함안 아라가야의 역사적 가치를 재조명하고, 고도지정 신청서의 완성도를 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
특히 이날 보고회에는 조근제 함안군수를 비롯해 김재홍 전 국립중앙박물관장, 이성주 경북대학교 교수, 홍보식 공주대학교 교수, 최경규 동아세아문화재연구원 부원장 등 자문위원이 참석해 심도 있는 논의를 펼쳤다.
함안군은 이번 보고회를 통해 아라가야의 수도이자 중심지로서 함안의 역사적 상징성과 지정의 필요성, 그리고 가야 문명권 내에서 함안만이 갖는 독보적 정체성을 논리적으로 보완했다.
