【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 남구가 지역사회 통합돌봄사업의 본격 시행을 앞두고 관내 13개 동 행정복지센터에 전용 창구 설치를 마쳤다.
행정 준비를 일찌감치 끝내고 오는 3월 27일부터 사업을 본격 추진한다는 계획이다.
이번에 마련된 전담창구는 주민 접근성을 높이고, 초기 상담부터 신청까지 한 곳에서 처리할 수 있도록 한 것이 특징이다.
65세 이상 어르신은 본인이 거주하는 동 행정복지센터 전담창구에서 바로 신청할 수 있다. 65세 미만의 중증 장애인은 남구청 기초돌봄과에서 신청 절차를 밟으면 된다.
현장 안내와 홍보를 담당할 인력도 미리 배치됐다. 남구에 따르면 지난 2월 19일 통합돌봄 기초교육을 수료한 ‘늘봄지기’ 26명이 동별로 2명씩 각 동에 배치돼, 제도 안내와 신청 절차 지원에 나서고 있다. ‘늘봄지기’는 시니어일자리 사업과 연계된 인력이다.
조재구 남구청장은 “이번 전담창구와 안내 인력 배치로 주민들이 통합돌봄 서비스를 한층 쉽고 빠르게 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며 “사업 시행 초기 혼선이 최소화될 수 있도록 현장 지원을 보다 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu's Nam-gu District has completed the installation of dedicated service counters at 13 administrative welfare centers in its district ahead of the full launch of its integrated community care program.
The district plans to complete administrative preparations early and launch the program in earnest on March 27th.
These dedicated counters are designed to increase accessibility for residents and provide a single location for everything from initial consultation to application.
Seniors aged 65 and older can apply directly at the dedicated counter at their local administrative welfare center. Those under 65 with severe disabilities can apply at the Basic Care Division of Nam-gu Office.
Staff to provide on-site guidance and publicity have also been assigned. According to Nam-gu, 26 "Neulbomjigis," who completed basic integrated care training on February 19th, have been assigned to each district, two per district, to provide guidance and support with the program and application procedures. The "Neulbomjigis" are staff members affiliated with the Senior Job Creation Program.
Nam-gu District Mayor Cho Jae-gu said, “With this dedicated window and guidance staff deployment, we expect residents to be able to utilize integrated care services more easily and quickly,” and added, “We will further strengthen on-site support to minimize confusion in the early stages of the project.”
