무주택 신혼부부와 청년층의 주거 안정을 돕기 위해 '공공임대주택 임대보증금'을 무이자로 융자 지원한다.
전주시는 오는 4월 10일까지 '2026년 신혼부부 및 청년 공공임대주택 임대보증금 지원사업'지원 대상자를 모집한다고 18일 밝혔다.
지원 대상은 ▲ 2026년 1월 1일 기준 결혼 7년 이내 신혼부부 ▲ 18~39세 이하 청년 가운데 지난해 4월 1일 이후 지역 공공임대주택에 입주했거나 입주를 예정한 계약자다.
금액은 가구 유형에 따라 차등 적용된다.
청년은 최대 3,000만 원ㆍ신혼부부는 최대 4,000만 원ㆍ자녀가 있는 신혼부부는 최대 5,000만 원까지 계약금을 제외한 임대보증금 일부를 무이자로 융자받을 수 있다.
