이번 가격 조정은 단품 기준 35개 메뉴를 대상으로 적용되며, 전체 평균 인상률은 약 2.4%다. 인상 폭은 최소 100원에서 최대 400원 수준이다.
한국맥도날드는 이번 조정은 고환율 및 원재료·인건비 상승 등에 따른 불가피한 조치로 이뤄졌다고 설명했다.
가격 조정 이후에도 ‘불고기 버거 세트’, ‘맥치킨 세트’, ‘치즈버거 세트’, ‘치즈버거 라지 세트’, ‘토마토 치즈 비프 버거 세트’ 등 5개 세트 메뉴는 6천 원 이하로 제공된다.
더불어 ‘토마토 치즈 비프 버거’ 세트를 이번 맥런치 라인업(△빅맥△맥스파이시 상하이 버거 △베이컨 토마토 디럭스 버거 △1955버거 △더블 불고기 버거 △맥크리스피 디럭스 버거 △토마토 치즈 비프 버거 등 총 7종)에 새롭게 포함했다. 가격은 5200원이다.
한국맥도날드 관계자는 “앞으로도 점심 할인 플랫폼 ‘맥런치’를 통해 주요 메뉴를 합리적인 가격으로 제공하는 한편, ‘해피 스낵’ 등 할인 플랫폼과 공식 앱 할인 쿠폰 등을 통해 고객분들이 고품질의 메뉴를 부담 없이 즐기실 수 있도록 힘쓸 것이다”고 전했다.
