총 30명 내외를 선정하여 지원할 예정이며 기업당 1명 지원을 원칙으로 하되, 우대 요건을 충족하는 경우에는 최대 2명까지 지원받을 수 있다.
특히, 채용 인정 기간을 2026년 1월부터 8월까지 확대해 기업의 참여 여건을 개선했으며, 전년도 사업에 참여해 채용 근로자의 고용을 유지하고 있는 기업에는 가점을 부여해 지속 고용을 유도할 방침이다.
참여기업 신청은 2월 23일부터 10월 1일까지 접수하며, 예산이 소진될 경우 조기 마감될 수 있다.
