【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군청소년문화의집에서 운영하는 청소년 주도형 프로그램이 현장에서 호응을 얻으며 청소년문화의 새로운 가능성을 보여주고 있다.
청소년 카페지기 동아리 ‘디카페인’이 참여하는 청소년 프로그램 ‘도토리창고’는 지난달 28일부터 본격 운영에 들어가 또래 청소년들의 긍정적인 반응을 얻고 있다.
‘도토리창고’에서는 쿠키와 빵, 음료 등 먹거리 제작부터 현장 운영까지 모든 과정이 청소년의 손으로 이뤄진다.
역할 분담과 책임 수행 속에서 협업의 중요성을 자연스럽게 배우고, 결과보다 과정에 집중하는 경험을 통해 자율성과 책임감을 함께 키운다.
