충청남도교육청이 3월 1일자 일반직공무원 207명에 대한 인사를 단행했다고 2월 20일 밝혔다. 이번 인사에는 4급 4명, 5급 17명, 6급 18명, 7급 이하 168명이 포함됐다.
간부급 인사로는 충남대전교육행정통합추진단 부단장에 맹수호 사무관(현 학교지원과 학생배치팀장), 총무과 총무팀장에 류홍 사무관(현 총무과 총무팀장), 학생교육문화원 문헌정보부장에 이희빈 사무관(현 재무과 계약팀장), 평생교육원 문헌정보부장에 황선성 사무관(현 천안교육지원청 재무과장)이 서기관으로 승진 임명되었다.
특히 이번 인사에서는 충남대전교육행정통합추진단에 4급 1명, 5급 1명, 6급 3명, 7급 4명, 8급 2명 등 총 14명이 배치돼 3월 1일부터 통합에 따른 인사기준 마련, 예산·회계·재산 관리, 자치법규 정비 업무를 전담한다.
또한, 휴직 및 퇴직 등으로 인한 학교와 기관의 인력 결원을 보완해 지원 행정의 효율성을 높이기 위한 인력도 적기에 배치됐다. 이번 인사는 공무원 사기 진작을 위해 상위직급 승진도 포함돼 4급 4명, 6급 6명, 7급 20명, 8급 68명이 승진했다.
