세종시여성단체협의회 제7대 김정환 회장 취임

세종특별자치시여성단체협의회 제7대 회장으로 김정환 회장이 공식 취임했다. 김 회장은 지난 20일 열린 협의회 제14차 정기총회 및 제6·7대 회장 이·취임식에서 회원들의 뜻을 모아 7대 회장으로 새로운 임기를 시작했다.

제7대 회장 취임 소회를 자신의 SNS에 올린 김 회장은 “역사와 전통을 자랑하는 세종시여성단체협의회는 지역사회 발전과 여성의 권익 신장을 위해 헌신해온 선배 회장님들과 회원 여러분의 노력 위에서 성장해 왔다”며 “그 숭고한 발자취에 깊은 존경심을 표하며, 그 뜻을 이어받아 더욱 성숙하고 신뢰받는 협의회로 나아가겠다”고 밝혔다.

이어 김 회장은 “세종특별자치시여성단체협의회가 지역사회의 중심에서 신뢰받는 동반자가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 “여성의 역량을 강화하고 다음 세대에 꿈과 희망을 전달하는 협의회를 만들어가겠다”고 포부를 전했다.

앞서 김 회장은 SNS를 통해서도 취임 소감을 남기며 “부족한 저에게 지혜를 보태주시고, 따뜻한 격려와 건설적인 조언을 아끼지 말아 주시기 바란다”며 “직접 찾아뵙지 못하고 온라인으로 인사드리게 됨을 혜량해 달라”고 전했다.

그는 “세종시여성단체협의회의 발전은 회장 혼자 이뤄낼 수 있는 일이 아니다”라며 “회원 모두의 참여와 협력 속에 지역사회와 함께 성장하는 협의회를 만들어가겠다”고 강조했다.
