【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 진천군이 인구 유입과 정주 여건 개선을 위한 ‘백곡호 레이크파크 전원주택단지 조성사업’을 본격 추진하며 자연친화형 주거단지 조성에 박차를 가하고 있다.
해당 사업은 민선8기 도정 핵심전략사업과 연계해, 진천군의 대표적인 청정자원인 백곡호를 중심으로 쾌적한 주거환경과 우수한 자연경관을 갖춘 전원형 주거단지를 조성하기 위한 사업이다.
이를 통해 도시민 귀촌·귀향 수요를 유도하고 중·장기적인 인구 유입 기반을 마련한다는 방침이다.
군은 백곡면 석현리 260번지 일원에 총사업비 57억 원을 투입해 24,530㎡ 규모의 부지에 약 45세대 내외의 단독주택 용지와 연립주택 용지를 조성할 예정이다.
단지 내에는 주택용지를 중심으로 소공원, 주차장 등 생활 편의시설이 함께 들어서 자연과 조화를 이루는 쾌적한 주거공간이 마련될 예정이다.
