충남 논산시가 충청권 최초 3·1운동 발상지로서 제107주년 기념일을 맞아 '나라사랑 태극기 달기 운동'을 전개한다.
이는 자주독립을 위해 목숨 바친 선열들의 뜻을 기리고, 오늘날 나라사랑 실천으로 잇기 위한 시민 참여 캠페인이다.
