충남 논산시가 친환경 자동차 충전 효율성을 높이기 위해 불법주차·방해 행위 단속 기준을 개정 시행한다.
논산시는 법률 개정에 따라 플러그인 하이브리드(PHEV) 완속충전구역 주차 시간이 14시간에서 7시간으로 단축되며, 과태료 부과 아파트 기준이 500세대 이상에서 100세대 이상으로 확대된다.
변경은 '환경친화적 자동차 개발 및 보급 촉진법' 시행령 개정에 따른 것으로, 0~6시 심야 시간은 제외된다.
이중주차 신고 시 기존 사진 2장에 브레이크 체결 여부를 확인할 수 있는 동영상(차량 밀기 영상)을 추가해야 하며, '안전신문고' 앱으로 현장 확인 없이 증거만 인정되면 과태료가 부과된다.
