이번 평가에서 수성구는 100점 만점에 91.58점을 기록했다. 행안부는 중앙부처와 광역·기초자치단체, 공공기관 등 전국 561개 기관을 대상으로 사전정보 공개, 원문공개, 정보공개 청구 처리, 고객관리, 제도운영 등 5개 분야 12개 지표를 기준으로 평가를 진행했다.
특히 수성구는 정보공개 청구 유형과 내용을 빅데이터로 분석해 공개 정책에 반영하는 ‘고객 수요분석’ 항목에서 만점을 받았다. 반복적으로 요청되는 정보를 미리 공개해 정보 접근성을 높인 점이 우수한 평가로 이어졌다는 분석이다.
수성구는 사전정보와 원문공개를 꾸준히 확대해 주민들의 정보공개 청구 부담을 줄여왔다. 이로써 행정의 투명성과 업무 효율성 모두 높였다는 평가다. 이러한 방식은 정책 수립과 예산 운용 과정에서도 참고 자료로 활용돼 행정 전반의 책임성을 높이는 데 기여하고 있다.
