세종시교육청,교육공무직원 업무 담당자 연수

세종시교육청은 25일 세종시교육청교육원 1층 대강당에서 본청, 직속기관, 각급 학교 등 담당자 190여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 상반기 교육공무직원 복무 및 급여 업무 담당자 연수’를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 근로기준법 적용을 받는 교육공무직원의 복무와 급여 체계를  이해하고, 행정실 저경력 직원들의 전문성을 높여 업무 처리 정확성을 강화하기 위해 실무 중심으로 마련됐다. 

연수는 ▲2025년 교육공무직원 임금 협약 주요 내용 ▲교육공무직원 직종과 수당 ▲교육공무직원 복무 이해  ▲교육공무직원 퇴직급여 등 실제 업무에 필요한 내용으로 구성해 진행했다.

아울러, 교육공무직 관련 업무에 대한 사전 질의를 취합해 이에 대한 충분한 설명을 제공함으로써, 업무 담당자들이 평소에 궁금했던 사항까지 해소해 연수 참여도와 만족도를 높이고자 했다.

박점순 노사정책과장은 “다양한 직종이 혼재되어 근무하는 학교 교육환경에서 적용 법령 등이 달라 기관(학교) 업무담당자의 역할이 매우 중요하다”며“이번 연수를 통해 업무 담당자들의 전문성을 높이는 데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.”고 말했다.
