인천시에 따르면, 이번 지원 사업은 급변하는 산업 환경에 맞춰 기업 혁신 기반을 마련하기 위해 기획됐다.
특히 올해는 ‘인공지능 전환(AX)’ 지원사업을 신설해, 인공지능(AI) 서비스를 실무에 활용하여 상품 기획 및 콘텐츠 제작, 업무 자동화, 고객 접점 서비스 혁신 등에 필요한 인공지능 서비스 구독료를 지원한다.
전통적인 관광기업의 디지털 경쟁력 강화를 위한 ‘디지털 전환(DX)’ 지원사업도 이어진다.
올해는 상품 개발, 마케팅, 경영 효율화 등과 관련한 시스템 구축을 지원해 기업의 디지털 역량을 한층 강화할 계획이다.
지원규모는 총 17개(인공지능 전환 15개 사, 디지털 전환 2개 사)이며, 기업별 지원금은 ‘인공지능 전환(AX)’ 최대 250만 원, ‘디지털 전환(DX)’ 최대 1,000만 원이다.
최종 선정기업에는 지원금 외에도 디지털 역량강화 교육, 맞춤형 컨설팅 등 인천관광기업지원센터에서 진행하는 다양한 지원 프로그램이 함께 제공된다.
