기업에는 청년 근로자 1인당 월 60만 원의 인건비를 최대 12개월간 지원한다.
청년에게는 장기근속을 유도하기 위해 6개월 및 12개월 이상 근무 시 각각 60만 원씩, 총 120만 원의 근속 혜택을 인천 지역화폐(인천e음 카드)로 지급한다.
사업 첫해인 2026년에는 7억 5천만 원을 투입해 청년 70명과 50개 기업을 지원한다.
