【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군치매안심센터는 치매 고위험군의 예방과 조기 발견을 위한 ‘2026년 찾아가는 기억지킴이’ 사업을 오는 3월부터 본격 추진한다고 26일 밝혔다.
‘찾아가는 기억지킴이’는 전문 교육을 이수한 활동가가 주 1회 대상자 가정을 방문해 △치매예방체조 △치매愛기억담기 워크북 활동 △인지기능 강화 프로그램 등을 12주간 진행하는 맞춤형 방문 서비스다.
사업 대상은 경도인지장애자, 75세 이상 독거노인, 치매선별검사 결과 인지저하자로 분류된 치매 고위험군이며, 특히 거동이 불편하거나 원거리 거주로 치매안심센터 이용이 어려운 어르신을 우선 선정한다.
기억지킴이는 진천군노인복지관과 생거진천노인복지센터 소속 독거노인생활지원사로 구성됐다.
상반기에는 진천군노인복지관 소속 활동가가, 하반기에는 생거진천노인복지센터 소속 활동가가 각각 치매 고위험군 가정을 1:1로 방문해 올해 총 65명을 대상으로 사업을 운영할 계획이다.
진천군치매안심센터 관계자는 “찾아가는 기억지킴이 사업을 통해 치매 사각지대에 놓인 어르신을 적극 발굴하고, 맞춤형 예방 서비스를 제공해 군민이 보다 안전한 환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 군은 이번 교육을 시작으로 하반기에도 분야별 전문교육을 추진해 직원들의 회계업무 수행 역량을 지속 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
